| Terms & Conditions | 1. Eligibility and Driver Requirements • The Renter and any authorized driver must hold a valid driver’s license for at least [10] years. • Minimum age to rent is [23] years. • Only drivers approved by the Lessor may operate the Vehicle. 2. Rental Period • The rental period begins on [start date/time] and ends on [end date/time]. • Late returns may be charged at [hourly rate]. 3. Rental Fees and Payment • Rental fees are 3,000 per day, excluding fuel, tolls, fines, and additional services. • A security deposit of 1000 is required and refundable subject to these Terms. • Payment must be made by [cash/card/transfer]. 4.
