A: Yes. Our vehicles have USB (TYPE-C) charging ports. We still recommend bringing your own charging cable.

A: Yes, BOTH!

Q: Do I need to charge the hybrid car?
A: No. Our hybrid vehicles are self-charging hybrids, so you do not need to plug them in. Just fuel up like a normal gasoline car (91 octane/Regular).
Q: Is it easy to drive if I’ve never used a hybrid before?
A: Yes. It drives like a normal automatic car. The hybrid system works automatically in the background.
Q: Is the car comfortable for long drives?
A: Yes. Especially if you have only two passengers at the back, they will get the VIP experience of spaciousness!! Our vehicles are comfortable for city driving and long trips around Cebu, including destinations like Moalboal, Oslob, and other northern or
southern Cebu routes.

Q: Is the car good for mountain roads?
A: Yes. Our vehicles can handle normal Cebu roads and common uphill routes, as long as they are driven responsibly and not taken off-road.

| 1. Booking is confirmed only after payment of the required reservation fee or deposit. (Reservation fee is 50% and non refundable, but may consider a refund if promptly informed) 2. The renter must provide a valid driver’s license, valid ID, and refundable security deposit before vehicle release. 3. Only the registered renter and approved additional drivers may drive the vehicle. 4. Fuel is not included. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level/Range as released. 5. Late returns are subject to additional charges. Extensions must be approved in advance. 6. The renter is responsible for damages, losses, missing items, traffic violations, parking fees, towing fees, toll fees, and penalties during the rental period. 7. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle. Cleaning or odor-removal fees may apply. 8. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Cleaning or damage fees may apply. 9. The vehicle must not be used for off-road driving, racing, reckless driving, illegal activities, or unapproved out-of-Cebu trips. 10. Security deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and cleared of damages, violations, extra charges, or unpaid fees. 11. Cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. 12. HYBRD reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if requirements are incomplete or if the renter violates the terms. |
