• Account/Transaction: bookings, invoices/receipts, reservation fees, security deposits, payout details for hosts.
• Payment Proofs: bank transfer/GCash receipts or references (we do not store full card details).
• Vehicle/Listing: car details, availability, photos (for hosts).
• Usage/Technical: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, app events, cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: messages, emails, support requests, uploaded documents.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and operate the platform (process bookings, manage host listings, schedule pickups/returns).
• Verify identity and eligibility (e.g., driver’s license verification) and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Process payments, deposits, refunds, and host payouts.
• Communicate updates, confirmations, reminders, and service notices; send optional promotions (with opt-out).
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements (tax, audits, law enforcement requests).
• Improve services, analytics, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.

4. Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

• Hosts/Owners: booking details needed to fulfill a rental.
• Service Providers: hosting, IT support, communications, analytics, payment facilitation.
• Authorities/Regulators: when required by law, court orders, or to protect rights/safety.
• Corporate Transactions: in mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, with safeguards.

5. Data Security

We implement organizational, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated here or as required by contracts or law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
