• TARA CSC acts as an intermediary platform connecting renters and vehicle owners.

5. Vehicle Damage and Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
• The vehicle owner may claim repair costs or deductions from the security deposit if damages occur.
• Traffic violations, toll charges, parking penalties, or similar expenses incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false information or fraudulent bookings.
• Misusing the website or engaging in illegal activities through our platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the website.
• Using rented vehicles for illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TARA CSC acts only as a booking platform connecting vehicle owners and renters. We do not own the vehicles listed on the website. We are not responsible for accidents, damages, disputes, or losses arising from vehicle use.

Any agreements related to vehicle condition, insurance claims, or damages may involve the renter and the vehicle owner directly.
